TEV ile Singapur A*STAR (The Agency for Science, Technology and Research) 2012’den beri karşılıksız TEV-SINGA bütünleşik doktora bursu vermektedir. . A*STAR üniversiteleri dünyanın en iyi üniversiteleri arasında olup, Singapur araştırma ve geliştirmeye yaptığı yatırımlarla dünyanın en gelişmiş araştırma laboratuvarlarına sahiptir.

*Her aday tek bir burs programına başvurabilir.

• Burslar 2025-2026 Güz Dönemi’nde doktoraya başlayacak adaylara yöneliktir. Yani adaylar Singapur’da çalışmalarına başlamadan bir yıl önce bu bursa başvuru yapmış olmalıdır.

ADAYLARDA ARANAN NİTELİKLER

• T.C. vatandaşı ve 1 Ocak itibarıyla 35 yaş altında olmak.
• T.C. sınırları içinde eğitim veren YÖK'e bağlı üniversitelerden lisans ve/veya yüksek lisans derecesi *Bu program bütünleşik doktora programıdır, lisans mezunları ve yüksek lisans mezunları başvurabilir.
• 4.0 üzerinden 3.10, 100 üzerinden 77.5 minimum not ortalaması *Yüksek lisans mezunu iseniz hem lisans hem de yüksek lisans ortalamanız en az 3.10 olmalıdır.
• İngilizce dil yeterliliği (TOEFL IBT: 79-93, IELTS Academic: 6.5, TOEIC: 800, PTE Academic: 58-63)

Lisans öğrenimini %100 İngilizce aldıysanız ayrıca dil yeterlilik belgesi sunmanıza gerek olmayabilir. *Bunu başvurduğunuz okulun da kabul etmesi şarttır.

MÜLAKAT VE SONRASI

• Başvuru dosyasının değerlendirilmesinden sonra mülakata girmeye hak kazanan ve elenen adaylara e-posta gönderilir.
• Bağımsız akademik komisyonlar tarafından çevrimiçi gerçekleştirilen mülakat İngilizce yapılır; gün ve saat katılımcılara e-posta ile bildirilir.
• Mülakat sonucu asil ve yedek adaylar belirlenir. Asil adaylar arasında burs hakkından vazgeçen olduğunda sırayla yedek adaylara geçilir.
• Bursiyerlerin doktorayı tamamladıklarında TEV’e mezuniyet belgelerini göndermeleri beklenir. 

 

ÖNEMLİ BİLGİ

Doktora bursu en fazla dört yıl boyunca verilir ve karşılıksızdır. Adayların TEV’e geri ödeme yapmasına gerek yoktur. Araştırma projesi A*STAR, NTU, NUS, SMU veya SUTD’de yürütülecektir ve iletişim dili İngilizcedir. Bursa başvurdukları sırada adayların uygun bir danışman ve araştırma konusu bulması ve Ağustos-Eylül 2025 alımı için zamanında başarılması gereken doktora dersleri için bu kurumlardan kabul alması gerekir. Mülakat sırasında adayların çalışacakları danışmanla iletişime geçmiş ve birlikte çalışma konusunda danışmandan ön onay almış olmaları beklenir.

Adayların, doktorada takip etmek istedikleri araştırma alanı hakkında daha fazla bilgi edinmek için başvurularını göndermeden önce potansiyel danışmanlarla iletişime geçmeleri kuvvetle önerilir. Doktora araştırma projesini A*STAR araştırma enstitülerinde üstlenen adaylara, doktora dereceleri NTU, NUS, SMU veya SUTD tarafından verilecektir.

Applicants applying for SINGA through TEV are not required to apply on the SINGA and/or university application portal. At later stages of your SINGA application, the university may contact certain selected candidates to apply on its application portal to obtain further details.

Applicants applying to NUS supervisors/projects are required to submit your GRE scores with your SINGA application form.

For all other applicants, you may be requested by the university to submit satisfactory GRE scores as part of the university admission requirement.

The submission of IELTS / TOEFL / SAT I & II / GATE results is optional and may be requested later by the university for admission.
